Tail brushes are divided into two types: wire brushes and steel plate brushes. The steel plates we use are all high-quality spring steel plates, and the wires are high-quality stainless steel wires. High-quality materials and craftsmanship ensure that our products can achieve good sealing effect even in high-water-content strata.

Technical Standards

1. The protective plate uses SAE1566 spring steel. The front protective plate is double-layered (1.0 + 0.5), and the rear protective plate consists of 2 pieces of 1.0 reinforced type. A special process (dedicated pressing mold) and heat treatment (HRC45-47) are used to ensure elasticity and wear resistance. The wire brush wires use 40.3 diameter stainless steel wire to ensure elasticity, rust resistance, and prevent breakage.

2. Pins use low-carbon steel (Q345) to ensure weldability and wear resistance.

3. The middle wire mesh of the tail brush uses 40-mesh high-density stainless steel material.

4. The top cover plate and base plate use Q235.

5. Assembly uses dedicated jigs and a 20T dedicated hydraulic press for stacking and pressing during assembly.

6. The welding process uses dedicated carbon dioxide gas shielded welding.

7. After heat treatment of the finished protective plate, a minimum of 10% are randomly inspected using a 20T hydraulic press for 500 consecutive pressings to ensure that the product deformation is less than 2.5 degrees.

8. After assembly, the wires of the tail brush should be doubly curved and neat, without tangled wires or broken wires. The steel plates should be smooth without burrs, and both sides should be flat without exposed fine wires. The product surface is treated with rust prevention, and the net weight of each finished product is controlled within ±0.1 kg.
